A wedding weekend takeover (typically Friday, Saturday and Sunday) at Meadow and Pines gives couples exclusive access to a beautiful Pacific Northwest property designed for meaningful celebrations and relaxed gatherings. Surrounded by open meadows, towering fir trees, and expansive skies, the venue offers a peaceful countryside setting where guests can slow down, connect, and celebrate together while enjoying the natural beauty that makes the Pacific Northwest so special.

Located just 45 minutes from Portland in the quiet countryside of Estacada, Meadow and Pines combines scenic outdoor landscapes with thoughtful design to create an inviting space for weddings and celebrations. Couples are especially drawn to the stunning outdoor ceremony areas where the surrounding meadow and tall pines naturally frame the moment, creating a breathtaking backdrop for photos and memories.

With space for up to 150 guests, the property balances spaciousness with intimacy, allowing couples to design a celebration that fits their vision, whether that means elegant outdoor dining beneath string lights, a relaxed gathering in the meadow, or a lively reception surrounded by friends and family.

The weekend takeover allows couples and their loved ones to fully enjoy the experience together. Arrive Friday to decorate and host a rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering, celebrate the ceremony and reception on Saturday, and close the weekend Sunday morning with a clean up crew and relaxed farewell brunch.

Weekend Access:
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (setup, rehearsal, welcome gathering, time is flexible)
• Saturday: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM (getting ready, ceremony, reception)
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (farewell brunch and wrap-up)
